Let's talk about "Google Ads"

Google has a special service called “Google Adwords” where all the advertising magic happens. Using this service you will be able to advertise your products in Google search.

HOW DOES THIS AD LOOKS LOOK?

Speaking of advertising on Google, most often we mean “Contextual advertising”. The name speaks for itself: the system displays your advertisements according to the context of the user's request. And to put it even simpler - if you sell furniture, and a user asks Google to "buy furniture" - Google will show your ad to that user. Of course, with the appropriate mark "Advertising". Surely you yourself have noticed more than once Google search results with this mark. They usually appear at the top and bottom of the page.

HOW TO CALCULATE THE BUDGET FOR ADVERTISING?

As for the calculation, the Google Adwords service provides advertisers with data: the average cost per click for each keyword you select.

Let's look at an example of how to calculate the approximate cost of advertising based on this data:

  1. You have selected 40 keywords/phrases. Write them down in excel or google.
  2. Next to each keyword/phrase, put an approximate cost per impression at the top of the page offered by Google Adwords.
  3. Next, you need to calculate how much it will cost to attract a client through advertising. It's impossible to say for sure without testing. But we advise our clients and partners to focus on the fact that out of 100 users who have clicked on your website through advertising, only one will buy a product or leave a request.

Accordingly, the formula for calculating the cost of a client for each key query is as follows:

Cost per click * 100 = Approximate cost of the result (client/buyer).

For example: 5 UAH*100=500 UAH.

4. Next, in order to calculate the total budget - write down how many clients you need, multiply by the cost of obtaining one client (in our example - 500 UAH) and add them up. The amount will just be your estimated budget for advertising :)

WHY EXACTLY 1 OUT OF 100, SHOULD ADVERTISING BE SUCH EXPENSIVE?

In fact, with high-quality settings, the result of advertising is much better. However, we are talking about business, and in business it is impossible to predict anything by 100%. Therefore, risks must always be taken into account.

In addition, seasonality plays a big role, since Google is an exchange. The more people are willing to pay for Top Top ads, the more it will cost.

If you don't want to do all this on your own, you can ask us for help. Well, or just write to us if you want to know something or consult. We will be happy to answer all questions :)
